Refund, Return & Replacement Policy – Export Thrift

At Export Thrift, we specialize in providing thrift / pre-owned trousers at highly economical and discounted prices.

Because our products consist of limited and frequently changing thrift stock, availability of specific sizes, colours, shades, styles and individual pieces cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers are requested to carefully read and understand the following policy before placing an order.

1. Thrift / Pre-Owned Product Disclosure

All trousers sold by Export Thrift are sold as thrift / pre-owned stock, unless specifically stated otherwise on a particular product page.

Due to the nature of thrift merchandise:

• Products may show reasonable signs of previous handling, storage or use.
• Minor variations in colour, shade, fabric appearance, finishing or other characteristics may occur.
• Individual pieces may vary from photographs displayed on the website.
• Product photographs are primarily intended to show the general type, style and nature of the stock being offered.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand that they are purchasing thrift / pre-owned merchandise rather than guaranteed brand-new identical retail stock.

2. Colour Availability

Any colour selected, requested or shown by the customer shall be treated as a preferred colour only, unless Export Thrift expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

Due to continuously changing thrift stock, the exact selected colour or shade may not be available at the time of dispatch.

Where the preferred colour is unavailable, Export Thrift may dispatch another available colour or shade of the same product category.

By completing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

• The selected colour is not guaranteed.
• An alternative available colour may be dispatched.
• Slight or significant shade variations may exist in thrift stock.
• Receiving a different available colour, where this condition was disclosed before purchase, will not by itself qualify the order for a return, refund or replacement.

3. Size Availability

Sizes displayed or selected on the website are also subject to actual stock availability.

Because Export Thrift deals in limited and mixed thrift inventory, we cannot guarantee that the customer's preferred size will remain available until the order is packed.

If the requested size is unavailable, another available size may be dispatched.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The requested or selected size is a preference and is not guaranteed.
• Export Thrift may dispatch another available size according to available stock.
• Size measurements may vary between manufacturers, brands and individual thrift garments.
• A difference in labelled size, fit or measurements shall not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement where the stock-availability condition was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Customers who require only one exact size or exact colour and do not accept substitutions should not place an order under an offer where substitutions are stated to apply.

4. Final Sale – No Change-of-Mind Returns

Our thrift trousers are offered at highly economical, clearance and sale-based prices.

Accordingly, all purchases are treated as final sale.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds, returns or replacements for reasons including:

• Change of mind after placing or receiving the order.
• Customer no longer requiring the product.
• Preference for another colour.
• Receiving an alternative available colour where substitution was disclosed.
• Preference for another size.
• Receiving another available size where substitution was disclosed.
• Product not fitting according to the customer's personal preference.
• Differences caused by sizing standards between different brands.
• Minor colour or shade differences caused by lighting, photography or screen settings.
• Ordinary characteristics, minor imperfections or variations reasonably associated with disclosed thrift / pre-owned merchandise.

5. Stock-Based Substitution

Our inventory consists of limited thrift stock, and many pieces may be available only in small quantities.

Where the customer's first-choice colour or size becomes unavailable, Export Thrift may fulfil the order using an available alternative from the applicable product stock, provided that the possibility of such substitution was disclosed to the customer before the order was completed.

The customer acknowledges this stock-based fulfilment system when placing an order.

6. Product Images & Variations

Because thrift stock is not manufactured as identical newly produced units, the item received may not always be the exact individual piece photographed.

Images displayed on the website are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product category, design or available stock.

Actual products may vary in:

• Colour or shade
• Size
• Brand
• Minor design details
• Fabric appearance
• Wash or finish
• Previous-use characteristics

Such variations are part of the nature of thrift merchandise and should be considered before purchasing.

7. Customer Responsibility Before Ordering

Before completing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing:

• The product description
• The thrift / pre-owned condition disclosure
• Colour availability terms
• Size availability terms
• Stock-substitution terms

Customers should place an order only if they are comfortable accepting these conditions.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Export Thrift, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted that:

• The products are thrift / pre-owned merchandise.
• Stock is limited and changes frequently.
• The requested colour may not be available.
• The requested size may not be available.
• Another available colour and/or size may be dispatched where this possibility has been disclosed.
• Thrift products may contain reasonable variations or signs associated with pre-owned merchandise.
• Sale purchases are generally treated as final sale.
• Change-of-mind refunds, returns and replacements are not offered.

9. Policy Acceptance

Completion of an order constitutes the customer's acknowledgment that they have had an opportunity to review these terms before purchasing.

We strongly recommend that customers who are not willing to accept alternative colours, alternative available sizes or the normal characteristics of thrift merchandise refrain from placing an order.
