Export Thrift specializes in selling thrift / pre-owned trousers at economical, discounted and sale-based prices.

Unless specifically stated otherwise on a product page, products offered through Export Thrift should be understood to be thrift / pre-owned merchandise.

Because our inventory consists of limited and frequently changing thrift stock, individual products may vary in colour, size, brand, shade, design details, fabric appearance and previous-use characteristics.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Thrift / Pre-Owned Product Condition

Customers acknowledge that products sold by Export Thrift are generally thrift / pre-owned products and should not be expected to have the same condition, consistency or characteristics as newly manufactured retail merchandise.

Thrift products may reasonably contain:

• Signs of previous handling, storage or use

• Minor variations in fabric appearance

• Minor imperfections associated with pre-owned products

• Colour or shade variations

• Differences in brand or manufacturer

• Differences in labelled sizing

• Differences in wash, finish or texture

Such characteristics should be considered before placing an order.

4. Product Images and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately.

However, because our thrift inventory consists of changing and non-identical pieces, product photographs may represent the general type, category, style or nature of the available stock rather than guarantee the exact individual item that will be dispatched.

The actual product received may differ in:

• Colour or shade

• Size

• Brand

• Minor design details

• Fabric appearance

• Wash or finish

• Other reasonable characteristics of thrift merchandise

Screen settings, photography and lighting may also cause colours to appear differently.

Nothing in our product descriptions should be understood as guaranteeing that every individual thrift item will be identical to the photographed item unless we expressly state that the exact pictured product will be supplied.

5. Colour Selection and Availability

Colours selected or requested by customers are treated as preferred colours and are subject to stock availability.

The colour selected at the time of placing an order is not guaranteed unless Export Thrift specifically confirms otherwise.

If the selected colour is unavailable when the order is processed, packed or dispatched, Export Thrift may provide another available colour or shade from the relevant product stock.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of such substitution.

Customers who require only one exact colour and are unwilling to accept another available colour should not place an order where this stock-substitution condition applies.

6. Size Selection and Availability

Sizes selected or requested by customers are also treated as preferred sizes and remain subject to stock availability.

Due to the limited and mixed nature of thrift inventory, we cannot guarantee that a customer's selected size will remain available at the time the order is processed.

If the selected size is unavailable, Export Thrift may dispatch another available size from the relevant stock.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Selected sizes are not guaranteed.

• Another available size may be dispatched.

• Labelled sizes may vary between manufacturers and brands.

• Actual fit may vary between individual garments.

• Customers should not assume that the same labelled size will fit identically across different brands or products.

Customers requiring only one exact size and unwilling to accept substitutions should not place an order under products or offers where substitutions are disclosed.

7. Stock Availability and Substitutions

All orders are subject to stock availability.

Thrift merchandise is generally available in limited quantities, and stock may change rapidly.

An item, colour or size appearing available on the website does not necessarily guarantee that the exact variation will still be available when the order is packed.

Where necessary, Export Thrift may fulfil an order using an available alternative colour, size or individual thrift piece from the relevant product stock, where the possibility of such substitution has been disclosed to the customer.

By completing an order, the customer agrees to this stock-based fulfilment process.

8. Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are stated in the currency shown at the time of purchase.

Export Thrift aims to offer thrift products at highly economical, discounted and sale-based prices.

We reserve the right to:

• Change product prices at any time.

• Introduce or withdraw sales, discounts and promotional offers.

• Correct genuine pricing or typographical errors.

• Refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.

Any price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and processed, except where an obvious pricing, system or listing error has occurred.

9. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submission of an order through our website does not automatically guarantee acceptance or fulfilment.

Export Thrift reserves the right to refuse, hold or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Export Thrift will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because incorrect delivery information was provided or the customer failed to receive the shipment.

11. Order Verification

Export Thrift may contact customers by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or another reasonable communication method to confirm or verify an order.

We reserve the right not to dispatch an order until satisfactory confirmation has been received where verification is considered necessary.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery periods displayed or communicated by Export Thrift are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Remote delivery locations

• Operational disruptions

• Incorrect customer information

Export Thrift will make reasonable efforts to process orders promptly but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date unless expressly agreed.

13. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available, the customer agrees to:

• Remain reasonably available for delivery.

• Accept the shipment when the courier attempts delivery.

• Pay the applicable order amount to the courier.

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders being refused or requiring advance payment.

14. Final Sale, Refunds, Returns and Replacements

Because Export Thrift sells thrift / pre-owned merchandise at economical and discounted prices, purchases are generally treated as final sale.

Refunds, returns and replacements are not ordinarily offered for reasons including:

• Change of mind.

• Personal preference.

• Receiving another available colour where substitution was disclosed.

• Receiving another available size where substitution was disclosed.

• Fit-related preferences.

• Differences between sizing standards of different manufacturers.

• Minor colour or shade differences.

• Normal variations associated with thrift stock.

• Reasonable signs of previous use, handling or storage consistent with the disclosed thrift nature of the product.

15. Cancellation of Orders

Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.

An order may not be cancellable once it has:

• Been confirmed

• Been packed

• Been handed over to the courier

• Entered the shipping process

Export Thrift reserves the right to determine whether cancellation remains possible based on the status of the order.

16. Refused or Unaccepted Deliveries

Customers are expected to accept orders that they have placed and confirmed.

Where a shipment is repeatedly refused, deliberately left unaccepted or returned because of customer non-cooperation, Export Thrift may:

• Restrict future Cash on Delivery orders.

• Require advance payment for future purchases.

• Refuse future orders where reasonably necessary.

17. Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

• Purchases are generally treated as final sale under our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

• The customer has reviewed the relevant product description and store policies before completing the purchase.
